| Usage |
- Before using the grinder, pour water in the machine till the stone rollers are fully immersed. Run the grinder for a few seconds. Drain the water away by tilting the grinder.
- Put small quantities of the required ingredients into the grinder and switch on the machine with the lid closed. The lid can be opened to ascertain the fineness / smoothness of the paste / powder and ensure the desired consistency is got.
- For wet grinding, do not exceed 2 liters of soaked rice.
- For dry grinding use less than 500 grams of the required cereals.
- For kneading use upto 350 grams of the required flour.

| Collection |
- Switch off and tilt the grinder.
- To collect the remaining paste after wet grinding, pour some water and run the grinder for a few seconds before transferring the paste into the vessel.
